Project Details
Eco-I was appointed to design and deliver the BEMS and EMS package. The project
comprises several buildings using VAV, VRF, LPHW Heating, Central DHW and local
extract systems. A BMS & EMS was installed in each building and all connects to
THG central BEMS head end PC. Eco-I worked closely with the client to carry out
consultancy and design works to ensure their new BEMS was tailored to suit their FM
requirements.

Facility Management Benefits
The BEMS server head end software provides full integration to all connected
systems and offers the building operator full reporting of the operating status of
all systems. The BEMS is tailored to provide two-way graphics navigation along
with features such as weekly reports and alarm management via email. The EMS
is provided with dashboard displays for the building operator to view and manage
their energy usage.
