Project Details
eco-i were appointed to design, supply and commission a BEMS to control and
monitor the new production floors to produce a new sweet product. The systems
comprise central air handling units using desiccant wheels, steam systems and
CHW systems. The BEMS controls all the plant to condition the space to ensure the
temperature and humidity remains within the close specification requirements.

Facility Management Benefits
The BEMS control panel is provided with a touch screen with graphic pages for the
site FM team to manage the system. The BEMS also exports the data to the client so
the reports can be viewed remote from the touch screen.
