Project Details
eco-i were appointed to design, supply and commission a control system to monitor
the landlord electrical systems, HVAC and metering. The BMS monitors alarms from
the landlord systems such as lifts and sprinkler systems. The HVAC consists of VRF,
CHP, Gas Boilers, Gas Safety, MCW, MVHR and extract fans. The landlord gas,
water and electric meters are connected to the BMS where dashboards are provided
for interrogation of the energy usage.

Facility Management Benefits
The BEMS head end software provides full integration to all connected systems
and offers the building operator full reporting of the operating status of all systems.
The BEMS is tailored to provide two-way graphics navigation along with features
such as weekly reports and alarm management via email. The EMS is provided with
dashboard displays for the building operator to view and manage their
energy usage.
