Project Details
Eco-i provided a BEMS to control & monitor the buildings HVAC systems including
LPHW, DHW, CHW, Ventilation including VAV. The building is provided with
environmental sensors to control and monitor all the rooms. The building is provided
with a central form 2 BEMS panel within the main plant room. The building is free to
the public and hosts events showcasing the art.

Facility Management Benefits
The BEMS server head end software provides full integration to all connected
systems and offers the building operator full reporting of the operating status of
all systems. The BEMS is tailored to provide two-way graphics navigation along
with features such as weekly reports and alarm management via email. The EMS
is provided with dashboard displays for the building operator to view and manage
their energy usage.
