Project Details
eco-i were appointed to design, supply, install and commission HVAC control
systems for projects across the site including the new Denagard Facility and B21
refurbishment. Both projects included AHU controls including site wide steam
systems, heat pumps, extract ventilation and pressure controls for the critical areas.
The buildings meters where also monitored at the BMS. Eco-I worked along side
the client to deliver their site specific requirements with relation to control panel
manufacture and commissioning tasks.

Facility Management Benefits
The control panels are provided with local touchscreens to provide day to day
management and alarm monitoring. The system provides a single point for the
landlord to monitor their systems within the blocks
