Project Details
Eco-I was appointed to design and deliver the smart enabled (MQTT) BEMS and
EMS package. The project comprises fan coil units, local MVHR, underfloor heating,
natural ventilation and ASHP central plant. The BEMS provides centralised control
to ensure the building is running as efficient as possible for the tenanted areas. A
dedicated energy management system is provided which monitors all the water,
energy, and electric meters across the building. Following the base build installation
eco-i various fit outs across the levels for the multiple tenants.

Facility Management Benefits
The BEMS server head end software provides full integration to all connected
systems and offers the building operator full reporting of the operating status of
all systems. The BEMS is tailored to provide two-way graphics navigation along
with features such as weekly reports and alarm management via email. The EMS
is provided with dashboard displays for the building operator to view and manage
their energy usage. The BEMS and EMS exports the data to the clients smart building
developers software platform.
