Project Details
eco-i were appointed to design, supply, install and commission a control system to
provide landlord systems control and monitoring of the Ventilation, AC, MCW, DHW
and landlord meters. The buildings are provided with ASHP generated DHW to serve
the apartments. The landlord meters are monitored on the BMS and dashboards
provided for interrogation. The communal areas ventilation and AC systems are
monitored at the BMS.

Facility Management Benefits
The control panels are provided with local touchscreens to provide day to day
management and alarm monitoring. The system provides a single point for the
landlord to monitor their systems within the blocks.
