Project Details
eco-i were appointed to design, supply and commission a BEMS to control and
monitor the new production areas. The systems comprise central air handling units
using electric heating and CHW systems, the systems also included roof extract
vent fans and gas monitoring panels. The BEMS controls all the plant to condition
the space to ensure the room conditions remains within the close specification
requirements

Facility Management Benefits
The BEMS control panel is provided with a touch screen with graphic pages for the
site FM team to manage the system. The BEMS also exports the data to the client so
the reports can be viewed remote from the touch screen.
