Project Details
Eco-I was appointed to design and deliver the BEMS and EMS package. The project
comprises all electric heating and cooling towards the building operating goal of
Net Zero. The systems comprises of local wet fan coil units, central air handling units,
underfloor heating, gas safety systems, zone reheats, natural ventilation system, Air
Source Heat Pumps for heating, cooling and hot water.

Facility Management Benefits
The BEMS server head end software provides full integration to all connected
systems and offers the building operator full reporting of the operating status of
all systems. The BEMS is tailored to provide two-way graphics navigation along
with features such as weekly reports and alarm management via email. The EMS
is provided with dashboard displays for the building operator to view and manage
their energy usage.
