Project Details

Eco-I was appointed to design and deliver the smart enabled (MQTT) BEMS and EMS package. The project comprises all electric heating and cooling towards the building operating goal of Net Zero. The BEMS provides a full demand-based software system using a combination of energy valves, energy meters, lighting occupancy, window positions and room monitoring sensors to ensure the building is running as efficient as possible. A dedicated energy management system is provided which monitors all the water, energy, and electric meters across the building.

The BEMS is tailored to provide two-way graphics navigation along with features such as weekly reports and alarm management via email. The EMS is provided with dashboard displays for the building operator to view and manage their energy usage.
