We are pleased to announce we have been awarded the BEMS works for our 2^nd Moda living project. Extending on the Moda BEMS estate using Distech controls we are providing the central landlord heating, MCW, ventilation and metering systems. This building continues our work around Liverpool Waters where we have recently completed works in adjacent buildings 10, 12, Plaza and Care Facility.
