eco-i have been awarded the CATA fit out works at MGY. Manchester Goods Yard is the commercial heart of Enterprise City. It’s a new state-of-the-art workspace building that’s inspired by the industrial warehouses of Brooklyn, New York. It is the epitome of modern working, bringing people together to create, inspire, thrive and deliver in the most vibrant environment possible.

The works comprises fitting out a floor into two suites (35,000sqft) to CATA. The works include providing and installing wet fan coil units with new Siemens BMS controllers. Each office suite is provided with a BMS outstation to control and monitor the area.
