Home, the merger of the much loved Cornerhouse Cinema, Manchester Art Gallery & The Library Theatre Company, is located at Tony Wilson Place, First Street, Manchester. It is a new centre for contemporary art, theatre and film and, outside of London, is the biggest arts complex of its type – Manchester’s version of the Southbank Centre. Inside of this ‘cultural palace’ is housed two theatres, an art gallery, a five-screen cinema and a bar and restaurant.

eco-i delivered

eco-i provided a state-of-the-art BMS facility to control and manage the five cinemas, two theatres, back-of-house areas, administration office and to provide natural ventilation control to the bars and office areas.

The BMS also monitors all utility metering and provides metering and monitoring to meet TM39 standards.

eco-i provided a cloud BMS solution with a BMS workstation, database & graphics served off-site on a secure VPN connection via eco-i servers. This cloud solution provides the client with multiple means of access and the BMS data via all platforms anywhere in the world.
